Private and cozy room in a shared apartment, designed to offer comfort, privacy and practicality in a quiet and welcoming environment. The space The private space has: • Super comfortable queen size bed with quality mattress and complete bedding • Wardrobe with hangers and shelves (two doors exclusively for use) • 43” TV to enjoy your moments of rest • Mirror • Quiet ceiling fan, ensuring quiet and pleasant nights The shared space has: • Bathroom • Living and dining room, ideal for relaxing or dining • Practical and well-equipped kitchen • Laundry Guest access Access includes the reserved bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen, always valuing respect and good coexistence with the host and eventually other guests. During your stay I'm online in the Airbnb chat from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. I only answer the phone in urgent/emergency cases, ensuring total focus on the guest experience. Other things to note • The space is shared with the host and possibly other guests. If you are not prepared for this form of coexistence, it is recommended to choose a private space that better meets your needs. • This apartment is also home to a Maine Coon cat, very docile and sociable. If you have allergies or are uncomfortable with cats, please consider another accommodation before confirming your reservation. • Ideal apartment for guests who value a quiet, respectful and welcoming environment. • People who are not included in the reservation, including as a “visitor,” are expressly prohibited from entering. • All guests are required to present and share their personal documents for registration purposes and to be granted access to the building. • Included in the stay is 01 (one) set of towels and 01 (one) set of bed linens. Additional items may be requested at an extra cost. • If you make a reservation for the same day, I need at least 1 hour to prepare everything properly for you. • If you feel the need for a desk in the room, just mention it — there is a possibility of making it available. • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
