Beautiful Joyful Family 2 level Apt-Great Retreat!

Private very clean two level walk in, large living space that was recently renovated. There is a very private patio for the summer months and a beautiful gas fire place for the colder months. Lots of parks and amenities close by. A large living room with pull-out couch and TV with Netflix. There is also a bedroom and a full bathroom. You will never feel like your in a basement, with the nine foot ceiling and the large full windows. I hope to see you soon! This home has been part of our family for 40 years, going back to Bruce's childhood. Both of our boys were born in the house. So it is special and full of beautiful memories for us and we hope that you will start your own memories too. It has everything you need as if you were in the comfort of your own home. Very comfortable, cozy and located in a nice quiet mature neighbourhood. It is a great place to relax, rest and sleep between your events. Sit by the fire place in the colder months or relax on the large deck during the warmer months, well watching the kids enjoy the playground and sand box in the backyard. Need to stretch your legs; go for a walk down the street to enjoy the large park and watch the kids play at the playground. The house is close to shops, malls, parks and public transportation. We also offer for guests with small children, kids toys, board games, kids books, kids dishware (plates, bowls, cups, and utensils), baby bath tub. We also offer high chair and play pen; (request only- we will make sure they are set up upon your arrival). The house is a semi- detached and there is another unit above. Please keep the noise down to a dull roar after 10 pm. Please No Parties, events and gatherings. Noise travels very easy. Guest access When you stay with us you will enjoy the lower 2 levels of the house. Both units are self contained and very private from one another. Both units have their own seperate enterance. "You will feel like you are the only ones in the house". The back yard is shared with the upper unit, but the deck is private and only for your use. Other things to note No Parties or Events or Gatherings allowed on the property; there is a another unit below and the house is a semi-detached. Noise travels easily through out the house. Do not worry about towels, and toiletries...we will provide you with fresh linens and towels....and housekeeping as required. We also include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Less things to carry in your luggage There is another unit above this unit and noise can travel through out the house. For the safety for our guest and property there is a video/voice camera just to the right of the garage pointing down the driveway. Both front doors are covered by the video/voice camera too.
