Nestled amongst towering evergreens set in two private acres of forest and meadow, this peaceful retreat awaits your arrival. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one having a king bed and the other a queen. There's a large loft upstairs with a queen and twin bed. A couple additional sleeping pads are available in the loft which would work for kiddos as extra sleeping arrangements if needed. The middle level is a "great room" consisting of a living room with a stone fireplace and a lovely window-seat where one person can sleep, a comfy couch, and a dining area and kitchen. Please note, there is one full bathroom (shower) and one half bathroom. Pets are not allowed. *Enjoy top-notch amenities like EO soaps, Coyuchi Linens, organic olive oil, organic coffee beans, quality bedding, stainless cookware, and more! *Washer/dryer for your convenience *BBQ gas grill and outdoor seating perfect for an outdoor dining experience *Enjoy a friendly game of bocce ball on your very own court *Kids (and adults) will love searching for the "secret room" hidden somewhere in the house! You'll know if you've found it. Guests can access the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire home. Other things to note 1. Confirmed guests will receive a local "Insider's Guide". We love sharing it with our guests! 2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products. 3. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail. 4. Preferred dates not available? Looking for something slightly different from this stay? We have alternate listings in the surrounding areas. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place! 5. No pets at this stay. 6. Regarding pricing, the cost includes a 14% Marin County Transient Occupancy Tax which we are required to collect and provide to the county.
