The Place is Just 5-10 minute walk from a mall ( One Pavillon Mall ), a Church, supermarket, pharmacy, 7/11, banks, gas station, Jollibee, Chowking and other restaurants. It also has a family mart, laundry shop, and some other restaurants and cafe just across the entrance of the property. The space The unit is on the 3rd floor (by stairs), it has a 1 air conditioned bedroom, with a living room and 1 comfort room. The room has a double bed, an extra single floor mattress ( for the 3rd guest). 4th guest will have to sleep on the living room with electric fan ( extra floor mattress will also be provided ), since the bedroom can only accomodate 3 guests. The living room has a 32" Tv, android box ( Netflix and Youtube) and unlimited Wifi. The place has a 4- seater dining table, a refrigerator, electric fan, microwave, induction cooker, electric kettle, rice cooker, iron, hairdry blower, kitchen utensils, kitchenware and dinnerware are provided. The bath also has a shower water heater. Guest access Guests can use the swimming pool ( 8am-10pm) and Gym ( 8am-1opm). Other things to note - Please don't bring home towels and toiletries upon checking out (Toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap ). -Check in time is at 3pm, check out time is 12noon. -Please take note that we might charge for penalty if you checked-out late. -Please bring a photocopy along with the original valid/government issued ID (Passport for foreigners) of all guests. -Electricity is expensive in Cebu, to help us keep our rate at a minimum, please turn off all air condition units, lights, and other devices whenever you leave the place. -Please throw your toilet/tissue paper into the trash bin, NOT into the toilet and sink to avoid clogs. -Please don't take towels and toiletries upon checking out (Toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and tissue paper). -Please conserve water. -Please instruct your children to avoid jumping on the couch and beds to avoid any damage. -Absolutely No Smoking inside and outside the room. There is a designated smoking area near the guard house. -No Pets allowed. -No unregisrered guests allowed to stay overnight, please inform us if you want to add guests -Broken things or damages done in the condo will be Charged. -Don't bring any prohibited (by law), dangerous and hazardous items inside the place -Please throw your waste/trash in the trash bin. Trash bags are provided. -Please clean up the kitchen after cooking and wash the dishes and utensils after use. -Please don't be too noisy to avoid disturbing neighboring tenants. -Please observe cleanliness always. Can we check-in early? - Yes you can but with an early check-in charge of 100/hour earlier than 3pm (which is your check-in time) to be given in cash/gcash upon checking in. But there is no guaranty that you can check-in early. If the previous day is booked, your check-in is going to be at 3pm because the previous guests will check-out at 12noon and we need at least 3 hours to prepare the place for you. And it would be very inconvenient for you to wait until 2pm. To secure your early check-in, you may book the previous day, that is what most of the guests do. Thank you. Can we have a check-out late? -Yes you can, but with a late check-out charge of 100/hour to be given in cash upon checking-out as long as no guest is going to check-in at 3pm. Thank you
