Description
This T2 duplex is located on level I of the Tourmalet residence, which means you only have one floor to climb to reach the apartment if you don't want to take the elevator. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as a living room with a sofa bed and a semi-open kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a bathtub. The storage room in front of the apartment allows you to store your ski equipment easily. The space Upon entering you will climb the steps to get to the apartment, at the top of the steps there is a child safety gate. You will then arrive in the living room with a dining area with the dining table as well as a buffet and dresser leaving you plenty of storage space. You will find a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster on the sideboard. You also have the sitting area with the sofa that easily converts into a double bed and magnificent views of the mountains. From there you can access the terrace where in summer you can enjoy its south-facing exposure to have breakfast in the sun while enjoying the panorama and in winter you will have the pleasure of the high-altitude restaurant with the comfort of being at home. Returning to the hallway you will find the semi-open kitchen on your right. Kitchen is equipped with a small fridge as well as a sink and 2 hotplates. You will find in the cupboards everything you need for cooking as well as dishes to be able to eat 6 people peacefully. Continuing down the hall, you will find a large storage closet on your left as well as the bathroom on the right. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet as well as shelves to store your toiletries. Finally, at the end of the hallway you will find the bedroom with its double bed and bunk beds. You have storage spaces available again. From the window you can see the mountains on the parking side. Regarding the storage or storage of equipment you have a locked pantry in front of the apartment as well as a ski locker on the ground floor so that you do not have to carry your equipment at all times. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment as well as its terrace, cellar and ski locker. Check-in is autonomous thanks to the lockbox located on the front door. Other things to note Housekeeping is not included in the rental, so you will need to take care of it yourself unless you choose the housekeeping option (cleaning supplies and equipment are provided and available) – please request this at the time of booking. For each reservation, I ask for a security deposit of €500, either by bank authorization via the Swikly website or by payment via Airbnb. During the ski resort's operating period, stays are for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays and a minimum of 2 nights outside these periods. The accommodation is non-smoking but you have access to the terrace where you can smoke. I own several apartments in the residence, including 3 on this floor.
