Inside you'll find one bedroom with a king bed with backyard access, a bathroom with shower tub combo, a kitchenette with basic essentials, a cozy living room and dining room. Cozy and convenient to everything ABQ has to offer! The space "Marble Casita" is located on Marble Ave in Albuquerque, NM. Among the amenities you will find at "Marble Casita" is a big, comfortable king bed. We like big beds and we cannot lie. Our big, comfortable bed is dressed in crisp white cotton sheets, topped with cotton quilt blankets. The pillows are pretty fluffy too. How many comfortable beds are in "AP"? One King bed in a private bedroom with stylish decor. There is one hall bathroom: shower/tub combo. The amenities continue in the kitchen. We put plates, bowls, and cups in the cabinets. There are also eating utensils like spoons and forks in the drawer. Wanna cook? We provide the basics sheet pans, foil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker; we provide lots of coffee pods for guests! We do not have an oven or cook top or a dishwasher. There is a drying rack for handwashed dishes. Are you traveling and need to do some laundry? This property does not currently have a washer and dryer. There are laundromats nearby. The dining space is a long counter height bar that serves as a dining spot, extra counter space, or a place to work. In the living room, enjoy a comfy sit on the cozy loveseat while you laugh and cry at the endless options of Rom Coms. Guests will not have access to controls. The home will be kept at 72 degrees in the summer and 68-70 in the winter. The furnace will be the same situations, controls are not accessible to guests. There are 2 floor fans that are portable for guests to move around the unit. There are also 2 electric radiator heaters that are portable for guests.
