Guest access The entire apartment, balcony and underground parking are dedicated to guests. Access to the apartment is independent. We occasionally use the second floor of the house, which has independent access from that of the apartment: peace and quiet assured for guests! Note that there are 10 steps up an external staircase to access the front door of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet and secure suburban area. Most residents are caring seniors. We therefore prioritize respectful guests, parties are not allowed. A camera is located on the staircase leading to the apartment and points to the parking access ramp.
