A luxury, modernised home with spectacular sea views ideally placed for the South Hams. The main house sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 king en-suites plus 1 king and 1 twin sharing a large luxury bathroom). There is a basement cinema, 2 lounges, dining room and 2 laundry rooms. Above the gamesroom, there are 2 overflow, ensuite, superking bedrooms. The Lodge sleeps up to 14 guests in total. The overflow bedrooms don’t have sea views like the main house but are available at no additional cost. The space This is a completely refurbished home, full of character yet modern. There is a large hallway with sweeping staircase and a large kitchen diner with modern facilities including Quooker hot tap. There is a dining room which opens onto the garden with additional Liebherr wine storage. There are two sitting rooms, one with Sky TV. In the basement, there is a second Sky TV cinema room. The utility room with washer, dryer and guest loo completes the ground floor. Upstairs there are five bedrooms. Three king bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, one king bedroom shares the large family bathroom with walk in shower and spa bath with the twin bedded ( children’s ) bedroom. The landing is light and spacious with vaulted ceiling and sea views. The gamesroom is accessed via the main house utility room or from its own external entrance at the front of the house. The games room has table tennis table and large tv with Sky. There is a loo and another laundry area with washer and dryer. Stairs above the gamesroom lead to further super king bedrooms both with ensuite shower room. One of the bedrooms has access to the garden from an external door. The two overflow bedrooms above the gamesroom are at the rear of the property and don’t enjoy the sea views of the main house bedrooms. They are however available to guests in the main house if required at no additional charge. Externally the property has a shingle drive and extensive 180 degree sea views. There are grassed areas and a terrace to bbq, make use of the pizza oven and enjoy the fire pit at the rear of the property. Guest access All of the indoor and outdoor spaces are yours to use.
