Mountain Refuge Chalets @refu.giodamontanha ...with a PANORAMIC VIEW of the mountains and valley. (1,600 meters above sea level). Located 8 km from the Capivari center (6 km asphalt track and 2 km dirt track) and 3 km from Horto Florestal. On the way and nearby are: - Caras de Malte Brewery - Restaurants: Rancho da Cilia, Dois Rios, Élio Cucina, Beto Perroy, Gato Gordo and Country House (bafo ribs) The space The chalet is complete and cozy with two floors that accommodate up to 4 people (over 2 people have an extra cost per person). In the upper part, there is a full mattress, and in the lower part, there is a full sofa bed. It is equipped with: - TV - Heater - kitchen: minibar, 2-burner stove/oven and utensils. - portable barbecue for outdoor use. In the 2,000-meter area, we have: - barbecue grill - Pizza oven - full kitchen with microwave - space for bonfires - decks It has a parking space. In addition to Chalet 1, we have two more chalets and a house on the same property that can share the common areas: fire pit and deck. Guest access Access to the chalet and common areas Other things to note Important: - The heater serves to make the environment more pleasant, but the use of blankets is still necessary. - We do not provide bed linens, towels or blankets. - we do not serve meals - we only accept 1 small pet and charge a one-time fee of $150. It is important that you include/register at the time of booking that you have a pet. - people who are not guests (guests' guests) are not allowed inside - Parties and events are not allowed out of respect for neighbors, property and other guests WE ASK THAT YOU: - do not lean on or use the chalet's balcony. It is ornamental. - do not use adapters or extension cords to connect the heater. - do not smoke inside the chalet. - do not throw cigarette butts and trash in the area. - do not mix the cottage utensils with those of the outdoor kitchen. - Do not lean/hang on the glass deck. - keep the gate closed at all times.
