Mas del Vent-bis

My five-year experience as a Superhost of another Airbnb allows me to affirm that Mas del Vent-bis is an exceptional accommodation with attention to detail for the sole purpose of your enjoyment. Surrounded by Mediterranean nature and with a refreshing pool on the property, this comfortable and comforting house welcomes you when the day falls. The space With a capacity for 5 people, it is also comfortable as a resting place for people with reduced mobility (with only three steps you can access it). Located in a quiet mountain neighborhood overlooking the ocean just 4 kilometers from the village of Cunit and its wonderful and spacious beaches. As it is in a natural environment, a vehicle is required to get to the accommodation. Well connected to Barcelona, you can access the capital in just 45 minutes by highway and also by train from Cunit station. The main floor is rented. The upper floor and much of the lower floor (except for a bathroom) are closed and are intended for our storage. Your pets (dogs) are welcome, although for hygiene reasons you are asked not to let them climb on beds or sofas or bathe in the pool. You must pay the supplement of 50 euros/pet (maximum 1 dog). Other things to note: -If you lose the set of keys, you will have to pay a fee of 75 euros. -It is a very quiet residential neighborhood so no parties or activities that generate disorder, noise and/or alteration of the environment are allowed. -Remember that by law (RD 933/2021) tourist accommodations are required to register the entry of all our guests to the police with their personal data, so they will be asked to provide them and to display the ID, NIE, PASSPORT or IDENTITY CARD of all guests at the time of booking. -The tourist tax is mandatory in Catalonia: €1 person/night (maximum 7 nights). It is paid in cash upon entering the house. Children under 16 years of age do not pay. - Smoking is only allowed in the garden. For safety reasons, candles, torches or anything with fire are not allowed outside/inside. -According to official fire prevention regulations, it is forbidden to light barbecues from March 15 to October 15. Outside this period, it is also not allowed to light them if it is windy due to the danger that exists when being in a mountainous area. Always make sure to put out the remaining embers. The charcoal must be brought by the guest. - Free street parking is available. -If you intend to bring a visitor (without overnight stay) you should check availability and request permission from the host. The price per person is 18 euros per person/day. -Every 8 days the guest must allow access to carry out the exterior/interior maintenance of the property. -We are surrounded by nature, it is possible to encounter some insects or bugs. They like the peace of the mountain just as much as we do! -WIFI only July and August. - A PHOTO of the METER READING will always be taken at the beginning of each stay. In the event that an EXCESS OF ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION above the usual (the average is around 3 kWh/day) is DETECTED in the electricity meter, a CHARGE will BE APPLIED for the ADDITIONAL CONSUMPTION (1 euro/meter reading). CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES is NOT allowed. -AIR CONDITIONING: €1/meter reading (kWh). Due to the high cost of electricity, the guest who wants this service is requested to pay this amount. Photos of the electricity meter will be taken at the entrance and exit of your stay and its cost will be based on consumption (the usual consumption of the accommodation, which is around 3 kW/day, will be deducted from this amount). 2 SPLITS ONLY on the GROUND FLOOR (in one room and in the dining room) and ON the UPPER FLOOR (where there are rooms) THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING and the cold DOES NOT REACH the upper floor. - CHECK HEATING.
