Stay at this pet friendly home, whether it be a family getaway or a company needing a place to stay with their crews or workers! Half a block from the beach and can sleep up to 8 people with 3 beds, and a couch can fit an additional 2 people. 2.5 baths, front and backyard patios with seating and BBQ. The front entrance may be used by the owner to access the front office. No access to the garage/basement. Other things to note The House rules are located in the kitchen. Please take note of them upon check in. Few other notes to add 1. No shoes in the house 2. No additional guests that are not included in the booking 3. Upon check out please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dishwasher is started. 4. Upon check out please take out garbage and recycling 5. Pets are welcome upon payment of the pet fee, and must remain on main floor/non-carpeted areas at all times. Additional charges will be applied if there is failure to comply. 6. Smoking and smoking paraphernalia are to be outside at all times. A $400 fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors. 7. Noise curfew is 11pm. Please respect the neighbors. 8. There will be a per item replacement fee for any damaged items or stained linens 9. Any damages upon the premises and property will be charged accordingly
