The space As you pull into the driveway, you will notice the flat parking area, with easy access to get into the property. Before you enter into the apartment, you will see the hot tub that is for your own private use, ready for you to relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of this special location. As you enter into the apartment, you will enter into the spacious and open floorplan of the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite meals. Don't forget there is a coffee bar with a Keurig! The living and dining has a large screen Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite movies! Step inside the bedroom, where you will find a very comfy queen size bed. Turn on the electric fireplace for the ultimate ambience of relaxation while you watch the Smart TV. Don't forget the fire pit and the charcoal grill! Make sure you pick up your favorite foods and the S'mores for an evening around the fire! Plan your getaway today! *PLEASE NOTE: This suite is attached to our other listing, Mountain Farmhouse. If you have rented this suite, this means the Mountain Farmhouse will not be available to other guests. YOU WILL BE THE ONLY GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY!! **LAUNDRY ROOM: You have access to the laundry room, which is across the driveway from this property. It is shared with our other cabins. It offers 2 washers (cold was only), 2 dryers & 2 folding tables. **If you are planning to visit during the winter months, I strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your stay, in the event of emergencies or weather related events!** 🎅**Please Note: I decorate for Christmas!** Guest access You have private access to the suite. The suite is attached to the main house, which will not be occupied at the same time as your stay. Your stay will be completely PRIVATE! Other things to note Please let me know if you are celebrating any special occasions! ⚠️I would highly recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance during the winter months. It is for your protection in the event of inclement weather and you are unable to travel. Please keep in mind the cabin is located within a mountainous area. During winter months, it is advised you drive 4WD or AWD in the event of inclement weather conditions. ⛔️ SMOKING or VAPING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABIN! IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN, YOU WILL BE CHARGED $300 TO HAVE THE CABIN TREATED. ⛔️NO ILLEGAL DRUGS OR UNDERAGE ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY! 🧻You are provided with a start up of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. This is usually enough to get you through the 1st night of your stay. You are responsible for providing any extra items you may need for the remainder of your stay. 🪵We do not provide charcoal for the grill or firewood for the fire pit. You can pick that up at local grocery and convenience stores. 🐞 Ladybugs are protected in the Smokies, so pest control services are not an option. The National Park Service released millions of Asian lady beetles into the park to fight a tree-killing insect, so the Park Service won't allow spraying specifically for ladybugs. We often see them in the fall when we have cooler weather. They are attracted by the sun as they are looking for warmth. *Please Note: I am always making changes and updates in the suite to make sure that each guest has a 5 star experience.*
