You're right on the border of the cultural quarter and the leafy posh bit and can access either within a few minutes' walk, depending on your preferences / mood. Ideal for families, groups of friends (but no parties please) and for couples - or even singles - who like to have a LOT of space. The space One very large master double room, one regular sized double room, a single room, and one large and bright living space with open-plan kitchen. Double sofabed can be made available for larger groups, on request. The normal maximum occupancy is five people. The absolute maximum is seven, and there is an extra guest fee of £15 per person per night. Please be aware this is a quiet residential area and we live in the house above. Do not invite extra guests beyond the number selected at booking time. Guest access You'll have private access to the garden, patio and the entire basement floor. Other things to note Please note: there are a lot of steps to access the flat from the street entrance. It is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
