This Farmhouse is conveniently located within minutes from Windham and Hunter resort, hiking trails and walking less than a mile away from the hottest new vineyard in town. There is a horse farm next door and pond on the land for the children; wood burning fireplace for the winter and AC in the bedrooms during the summer. Enjoy stunning mountain views on the patio deck with the propane BBQ grill, fire pit or relax in the Caldera Hot tub. The entry code cannot be given early on check-in day since workers will be preparing the home for your stay and cannot be disturbed. You will receive a call approximately 10 to 15 minutes before check-in with the code, a quick orientation and to answer any questions. Please read the House Rules and share them with your group prior to check-in. During the stay, guests that have issues with the home or questions should contact me directly me on my cell phone posted on AirBnB. This method is preferred over sending messages via the AirBnB app since the text messages or calls are direct to getting my attention right away to address any issues or questions. Rustic and beautiful neighborhood with a horse farm next door to the left when facing the home. Previous guests have fed the horse apples and carrots through the fence and is friendly. The Windham Town where all the restaurants, shops and the Windham Ski resort is a 5 minute drive away. A car is needed to get to Windham Town or the ski resort. Bikes can be rented at Windham Outfitters.
