Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is just one block from the beach and 1 mile from Port Canaveral. A great place to enjoy the ocean or watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. It has a kitchen, bbq, deck, and workstation. Enjoy a short or long vacation, or work remotely what enjoying the beach during your downtime. The space The home has two bedrooms. The first one has a queen bed, and the second one has a twin bed over a double with a twin trundle. There is also a pull out bed with the couch on the main floor for a total of 5 beds. The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms has an outdoor balcony. Guest access You will have full access to the home except for a small owners closet which will be locked. The property includes a garage where some beach gear is located along with laundry facilities. The garage entrance is tight and only suitable for smaller cars. There is also is space for parking two cars in the driveway and you can park on the street with a second car blocking the first if necessary. Other things to note No Cats are allowed. Too many people have severe cat allergies so I will not allow cats. For dogs, they need to be smaller, <40 lbs. I will allow pets with prior approval.
