You will receive a door code promptly through our text thread. The code will be provided at check in time. You will have all access in your Casita until 11am the day of checkout. Early check in or late check out is available for $15 an hour additional cost. Other things to note Please note that starting May 1st, our standard check-out time will be updated to 10:00 AM. This adjustment allows our team additional time to complete thorough cleaning and inspections to ensure the property is in exceptional condition for your stay. ✔ Security deposit options: • $40 non-refundable damage waiver • $250 refundable deposit (released after inspection) ✔ Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM ✔ No smoking, parties, or unregistered guests ✔ Must be 21+ to book ✔ Rental agreement and ID verification may be required ✔ Early Check-In (subject to availability and prior approval) • Available as early as 2:00 PM • $15 per hour ✔ Late Check-Out (subject to availability and prior approval) • $15 per hour • Available until 1:00 PM at the latest We are happy to accommodate early arrivals and extended departures whenever our schedule permits.
