The Cocon Malouin is a charming 35m² one-bedroom apartment with breathtaking views of the Corsair city and the port. It can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is located in the heart of the train station district, close to the beaches (800m) and the famous Intra-Muros area. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of the building (without elevator). Household linens (sheets and towels) are included in the price, and the bed will be made upon your arrival. The space There are two sleeping options in the apartment: 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 sofa bed (140 x 200). – Bedroom 1: bed 140 x 190 (22 cm thick mattress), wardrobe. – Living room with a convertible sofa bed 140 x 200 (15 cm thick mattress). Choice of memory foam or soft pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped: washing machine, induction hob, oven and microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, citrus juicer, electric kettle. The house has Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom and the toilet are separate. The apartment is cross-ventilated, facing southwest, and benefits from plenty of natural light and pleasant sunshine for much of the day. The environment is quiet (double glazing on the windows facing the street). To preserve the tranquility of the place and respect the condominium rules, guests are asked not to host parties in the apartment. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, household linens are provided (sheets, towels, dishcloth, bathroom mat) as well as some consumables for the start of your stay (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, shower gel, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid). Towels: 1 large and 1 small towel per person. You will find many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood: bakery, grocery store, newsstand, caterer, creperie. The location of this little cocoon is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family escape on the Emerald Coast. Guest access The apartment and all its amenities are entirely at your disposal. Self check-in is available. Other things to note For any requests for early or late check-in, or late check-out after 11 a.m., an additional fee will apply. A professional cleaning service is included in each reservation. However, we kindly ask you to leave the dishes clean and put away, and to gather used towels and bed linen in the bathroom. Please do not remove mattress protectors or pillow protectors.
