Charming 2-BR Basement Apartment Central Greeley

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located basement apartment. This is a passion project of mine and the landscaping is still in progress but the home is finished and absolutely charming. I'm looking forward to hosting you! The space This is a basement apartment (the floor of the home which is partly below ground level) so you will go down a flight of stairs to access the apartment. At the base of the stairs there is a laundry area and space to hang jackets/hats. Upon entering the unit using your entry code there is a small living room with a loveseat that converts to a twin bed and a television. The first door will open to a comfortable sized bedroom with a unique reading nook nestled by the window. There is a standing height desk for designated workspace in this room. In the hall you will the find the entrance for the bathroom. The next door as you progress through the home near the brick is locked and used for storage. You will now be in the kitchen where you will have plenty of space at the table for eating and possibly a board game(located in reading nook) or two! The door to enter the second bedroom is located off of the kitchen. Guest access The entire 2 bedroom/1 bath basement apartment is rented out in your booking. The laundry area at the base of the stairs is shared with the upstairs tenant. Other things to note This home renovation has been my passion project and will continue to be as I progress with the exterior finishing the landscape. Please don't mind the mess in the back yard as I move to complete this work on my own it does take a bit of time. Please avoid the fence line to the west as the neighbor does have some dogs that bark and will scare you if you'r not prepared for their presence. Do not attempt to pet.
