We are .5 miles from Ralston Creek Trail for biking or walking! You can walk to Westwoods Golf Club for a great happy hour! 25 min. to Denver, Golden is only 12 min. away, and Rocky Mt. National park 1.5 hrs. We have 2 large, newly decorated bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, fluffy comforters and towels! The space 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Both have queen beds. West bedroom has view of mountains. Also has a large 4K smart TV. Quiet, workspace area. High speed internet. Keurig coffee, waters and snacks available. Feel free to enjoy your morning coffee or glass of wine on our spacious outdoor patio with mountain and golf course views! Guest access We live on the premises in a separate wing of the house. You will share our main entry before going upstairs to your suite. You will have a personal key code to come and go as you like! You are welcome to use our fridge and microwave. We live very active lifestyles and gone most of the time, but available to chat or help you plan any activities that you would like to experience! Other things to note We have a friendly hypo-allergenic Labradoodle. We do enjoy our quiet lifestyle, so we do not accept young children. We may accept older children upon request. This is not a party house, but is well-suited for couples or singles who love to travel and want to explore everything this part of CO has to offer1
