A nice private room on the upper floor of a family home with space for 1-2 people. The Gaylord Resort is within walking distance and the airport is just 10 minutes away. Close by there is the A Line which will take you downtown or to the airport. License # S20117332-0002 The space This is a family home with one adult and two children (5 and 7) living in the house. The room is private and separated from the family areas of the house. The room has a mount view from the north-facing window. From the east side, there is a view of the Gaylord Rockies resort. The bed is a large king, so it has plenty of space. There is a large TV available in the living room, but it is in a shared space, so it may not always be available for guests. Guest access Facilities like the laundry room are available on request. If you prefer coffee or tea in the morning, I have a Keurig dual-mode machine with a variety of K-cup options. Additionally, a hot water kettle is available if you need it. Other things to note There are two young children in the house who have lots of energy and play around the house.
