L'Ajour Shelter

Designed by the architects of Abri, our Hideouts are small self-contained buildings that offer an intimate meeting with nature in comfort, summer and winter. In balance between rusticity and modernity, they are cozy and functional spaces, conducive to calm and escape. Their orientation, carefully chosen location and generous windows make room for nature, which accompanies you outside and inside. * Bedding is not included The space The refuges are small rustic and autonomous buildings. There's no running water. 20 liters of drinking water is included in every shelter. Shower and water toilets are located in the toilet blocks and free to use! Close to your refuge you will find a dry toilet for your sole use. A solar system provides a little electricity. This is usually enough to ensure lighting and charge small electronics like phones, cameras, and computers. In rare cases, you might run out of electricity. Provide a headlamp and portable battery. We do not provide bedding. Please bring your pillows, bed sheets, blankets, or sleeping bag. There is no fridge or cooler included in the refuge. You must bring your cooler and ice cream to keep your food fresh. In the refuges, you will find these essentials: - Dishes, utensils and pots - 20l of drinking water - Dish linens, dishwasher and rags and rags - Soap all use (dishes and hand) - All-purpose cleaning product - Garbage, recycling bin and bags - Swing - Gas cooking round (and gas) - Wood fireplace (and wood) - 1 large double mattress (Queen), one-person mattress and a high quality Nemo Roamer air mattress - 4 pillows NEW: You need bedding or bath towels? Message us here! Although we love pets, these are not allowed in our shelters or on our site. Parking is available for your vehicle. Your retreat is in walking distance. A cart is available for this purpose. Please bring it back after use. Other things to note NEW: NEED BEDDING AND SLEEPING BAG? We now have luxury blankets and sleeping bags at your disposal. On the canopy of the Territoire Charlevoix resort center, the reception building is now the place to drink, eat and exchange with simplicity.
