Its a privately owned 3 story Villa - embedded the premise of a famous 5-star luxury brand Resort on Samui - one of the most exclusive Spot on the Island. Its also close to the Conrad Hilton and only a 5 minute drive to the Nikki Beach Resort Samui You have total privacy at the private Villa and also all amenities of the 5 Star Resort (6 Pools, private Beach, Fitness Center, Library, etc) You also can have Room Service, Spa, Kids Club, Sailing or Speed Boat for extra costs Its located in Baan Taling Ngam - the Sunset and quiet part of the Island where only the luxury Resorts are. Its nestled in a hill direct behind the Beach with a perfect 180 degree sea view. Just a stair down to the beach - or free transport up and down the hill via Buggy if you don't like to take the stairs. On the 1st Floor (on the top) the Villa has has a huge Living and Dining Area - and of the huge Terrace with a stunning 180 degree Seaview to the 5 Island. Furthermore on this level are the kitchen and an extra bathroom and toilet. In 2nd Floor (downstairs) are two master Bedrooms with each an own bathroom and with a Balcony with a breathtaking view to the Gulf of Thailand. Then there are 2 bedrooms without extra Bathroom (But there is a 3rd extra Bathroom available next to the living room upstairs.) The extra Apartment with two rooms and two bathrooms and a small extra kitchen is in the 3rd floor downstairs (at the bottom - as the Villa is on a hill and entrance is on Top) and can be booked alone or together with the rest of the house. The apartment is suitable up to 4 Persons. The Apartment has 1 bedroom and a Living room with 2 fold-out single beds and 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen. The Apartment is completely separated has an extra entrance and has no connection inside the Villa. So complete privacy is guaranteed. So the price of this add is only for the main Villa (Top 2 Floors for max 8 to 10 persons.) If you are more than 10 persons you can also rent the additional Apartment at the bottom of the House. Then its for max 16 persons. Then you have 6 Bedrooms, 3 extra beds and 1 Sofa in the Villa and 2 cribs if needed. The Villa also has a private Maid - she comes daily except Sundays - cleans the Villa, brings new Towels and can prepare the Breakfast for you in the morning and is there if you need anything. To most Areas of the Hotel Resort like all other Guests of the Hotel, inclusive Lobby, Library, Bars, Restaurants, Pools, Fitness, Sports, Kids Club, Spa etc. No Interaction - you have the Villa for your own. But there is a contact person in case you need something and you have the Maid who is there every morning. Baan Taling Ngam is a small village on the West Side of Samui - about 20 minutes away from Nathon. It on the Sunset side and Its a very tranquil, remote and scenic place, away from the Mass Tourist Spots in Chaweng or Lamai. There is a paid shuttle bus several times a day from the Hotel to Nathon or Chaweng. Or you just rent a Car or take a Taxi. Its a private Villa within the Hotel Resort and you are not a Guest of the Hotel - you are a private Guest of our Villa, but we have a contract with the Hotel so that you can use all Facilities of the Resort like all other Guests. Some things like Pools, Buggy, Lobby, Office, Fitness are for free - somethings like Kids Club, Drinks, Snacks, Spa, Boat etc have to be paid extra.
