Unique, cozy suite, belonging to everything!

Simple but cozy suite. My residence is well located, downtown, on a quiet, safe cul-de-sac!! Easy access to exits for your fun, as well as the beach, bars and restaurants, the bus station, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks and everything else you need, even on foot (5 minutes). The space I live in the back, but with a separate entrance. My residence has an entrance to store 1 vehicle, but without a cover. It is a single room/suite that is part of my house (I live alone), so I will be present most of the time without taking away your privacy, and I can provide you with any help, such as tips and guidance! Although it is part of my house, it also has an external entrance and (as shown in the 2nd photo), and the internal one is sealed and locked, so you don't need to go through my residence. Guest access In addition to the yard, you can have access to a balcony, in front of your entrance to the suite, to the gourmet space (photos 11 and 12) where you can make use of a barbecue, a sink with water filter, some utensils, such as plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, a stove where you can make a meal, and also has a microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker. There will also be the possibility of using a service area with a washing machine. During your stay I really enjoy socializing with guests, giving tips, tours and answering questions, but I also know how to respect your space, making you feel at ease. Other things to note Hello, I am the only resident and I would like to clarify, in advance, that it is a house in the back, with an independent entrance to my residence where this guest suite is part of. It is a new house, newly built, whose only the yard floor and its corridor have not yet been finished/renovated.
