Guest access * The accommodation is located on the ground floor. * Parking is free and is all around the apartment location. * Check-in and checkout will be carried out independently with a key box. Other things to note - For all reservations, I would like to receive a message from you (e.g. reason for travel, arrival time, etc.) to start on a basis of trust, and exchange between guest and Host, this is an important criterion for me. - The apartment can accommodate children and babies but please note that there is no childcare available for babies (baby cot, high chair, bathtub...) all this must be brought by you. - Parties and events prohibited - Please note: There is no cleaning fee, however it is highly desirable to leave the apartment as you found it, i.e. the garbage cans must be emptied, and the dirty laundry put in the basket provided for this purpose.
