Borgometato – Oliveta

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. OLIVETA is part of this place. The space House "Oliveta" is a delightful and elegant cottage with breath-taking views across the hillsides and over to the islands in the Tuscan archipelago beyond. The house is immersed in a big garden provided with two pools under olive trees and one panoramic hot tub. Inside, the house is organised over 2 storeys: the ground floor is composed of kitchen, dining room, living room, and one bathroom, while at the first floor there is the sleeping areas, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 double bed on a mezzanine open space, and 1 bathroom. The outdoors are characterized by terraces with a panoramic view from the valley to the coast. The terraces are furnished with tables and chairs under the pergola, as well as loungers for relaxation. Inside, every corner is treated in detail. The tasteful objects, sofas, armchairs, raw materials, abatjours scattered everywhere to make the atmosphere warm and romantic. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, workbench kitchen and dining table. The rooms convey the atmosphere of the past. A small cellar will be available for guests to taste the local wines and typical products, to share conviviality in an atmosphere of pleasure and dialogue that is established between several people during a happy holiday. Upon arrival, you will leave the car in the reserved parking area and reach the house along very few meters. Please notice that the private parking is for one car. In case of a second, car it will have to be parked at the public (and free) parking of the village, 10 min away by walk from the villa. Guest access The property is private and for the exclusive use of the Oliveta's guests. The donkey's area and the cellar with local products are the only areas shared with the other guests of Borgometato Other things to note The only way to reach the house is by car. The place is not suitable for people who have trouble moving easily and for those who have difficulties driving uphill with the car. Please notice that the pool is closed from November till March.
