Villa St Michel with sea view, sauna and jacuzzi

Villa St Michel has been completely renovated very recently. It has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 8. All rooms have sea and sunset views. At high tide, it's like being on a boat! You can enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi on the terrace, all year round, at the back of the house, out of sight. Fiber internet. 2 private parking spaces. Enjoy an optional early check-in or late check-out Don't hesitate to ask us. The space From the house, you are a 5-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the center of Houlgate. On the ground floor you will find the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a small TV room and a toilet. On the first floor, a master suite with a 160/200 bed, its dressing room and its bathroom with shower, two single bedrooms, a bathroom with its very large bathtub and an independent toilet. On the second floor, two bedrooms with two single beds 80/200 each, which can be transformed into two double bedrooms 160/200, a bathroom and a toilet. There is no garden per se, but a gravel courtyard in front of the house and a wood on the hill behind the terrace in the photo. The terrace has, in addition to the jacuzzi and sauna both for 4, a large table and a seating area for sunny days. The house is located in a very quiet area of Houlgate. It is nevertheless on the edge of Rue des Bains, frequented particularly in high season and quieter the rest of the year, a bike path and the Deauville-Cabourg railway that runs along the beach at this location. It's a 2-car train that runs slowly. Very few of our tenants have been bothered by it, but for the most sensitive, it is good to specify. The brand new bike path takes you to Dives and Cabourg on one side and to the center on the other. The cleaning fee also includes the supply of linen and consumables (soap, dishwashing product, toilet paper, oil, vinegar, a few coffee pods...). Please note that a deposit will be required for the use of the jacuzzi because sand is a terrible enemy. Guest access You have access to everything except two cupboards. Other things to note You have a baby bed and high chair but baby sheets are not provided and the ideal is to provide the mattress for the baby for more comfort. We thank our guests for leaving the house clean and tidy before their departure (clean dishes and furniture in their place, garbage cans taken out...).
