Keep it simple at this peaceful wooded & centrally-located hilltop cabin right across the road from Round Lake! Located right off Hwy 77, only 8 miles to downtown Hayward! 0.2 miles --> Twin Lakes Tap, Tucci's on 77 supper club & Bobber Down Bait & Tackle 1.9 miles --> Round Lake Public Boat Ramp 2.1 miles --> Hayward Powersports 8 miles --> Downtown Hayward 10 miles --> Chippewa Flowage 20 miles --> American Birkebeiner Trailhead 31 miles --> Lake Namakagon The space Private wooded setting located right off Hwy 77, only 8 miles outside of Hayward. Round Lake just across the road, along with Tucci's on 77 supper club, Twin Lakes Tap & Bobber Down Bait & Tackle within walking distance. Large driveway area to accommodate trucks & trailers. With quick & convenient access right off Hwy 77, this is a very private and wooded natural property, no neighbors! Central heat & air conditioning for year round comfort. The cabin features 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. The living room area features a smart TV & a large sectional couch. Towels & linens provided. Three outdoor spaces available for use, lower level walk out covered patio, upper level deck & outdoor concrete patio area at the entrance of the cabin. Main Level: -Master suite king bed with attached full bathroom -1 full bathroom Upper Level: -Bedroom 1: 1 queen bed -Bedroom 2: 2 full beds Lower Level: Walk out patio -Bedroom 1: queen bed -Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed & full over full bunk bed -1 full bathroom Guest access You will have the entire cabin to yourself along with the outside deck & patio areas. You will access the cabin with an electronic keypad on the door - code & more detailed instructions will be given to you prior to your stay. Guests will not have access to the garage space. The owners use this as personal private storage & may access the garage briefly during your stay. Other things to note Please note that we provide the fastest internet currently available in the area, & it is ample for working remotely. However, if the maximum number of guests tried to use internet all at the same time, the processing speed may become slower. No grill is provided at the cabin but you are more than welcome to bring your own. The wood burning stove in the cabin is not currently usable. We understand that some guests may want to use it. Unfortunately, it poses too many risks & potential issues for regular use. Thank you for understanding! NO SMOKING in or near the cabin. If you do smoke we ask that no cigarette butts be left on the property or be discarded in the dumpster on site. Evidence of smoking in or near the cabin will result in an additional cleaning fee. Our cabin is licensed by the State of Wisconsin, meaning the property & water quality have been inspected by the State for your protection.
