Serene wooded setting. SHIPPING CONTAINER HOME!: The home was assembled in 2021 from two shipping containers in a warehouse in Canada, and then craned in two long pieces over the main house. MULTI-USE TABLE: Dine, work or play? Put the dining top on the billiards table for work or dining! Matching bench provides seating or move a desk chair from a bedroom for working comfort. Notice how the floor-to-ceiling windows perfectly frame the giant oaks, pool and landscaping, like you're inside a piece of art. BILLIARDS EXPERIENCE: Billiards table is a heavy slate tournament-quality table, and one foot short of tournament standards so you don't have a Kramer from Seinfeld billiards experience. (Google it.) In other words, there is plenty of clearance on all sides for your perfect shots. SOFA: Sectional sofa for kicking back and reading, talking, or projecting a video onto the white wall. Capsule projector with sound and up to 100 inch image provided upon request. It's not long enough to use as a bed. Guests limited to 4. POOL: Heated, low chemical shared pool is for you to enjoy. Unfortunately, the hot tub is not heatable at this time, so it is not part of the listing. OUTDOOR DINING: Round glass table and 4 chairs await your outdoor dining experiences, complete with shade from a swivel umbrella. Umbrella can swivel to provide shade over nearby lounging area. OUTDOOR LOUNGING GALORE: Soak up some sun, hang out with your group, read or get some work done in one of the six outdoor lounges. Two of the lounges are adult swings! Umbrellas shelter the classic lounge chairs. GRILLING: For outdoor cooking, guests have access to their own white topped BBQ grill, right behind the pool house. ANIMALS: Owner has a very friendly social butterly medium labradoodle. Loves play & ball tossing. Two outdoor cats. Many deer. Dozens of bird species to observe: hawks, turkey vultures, giant crows, hummingbirds, etc. Guest access Parking onsite, off street available. There are stairs to reach the unit, so guests with mobility issues would have a hard time accessing it. Other things to note THIS HOME WAS BUILT FOR HEALTH AND HARMONY: LOW CHEMICAL/NATURAL/LOW EMF/RF LOW CHEMICAL: All items are eco-friendly and natural, including paper towels and organic bamboo toilet paper.
