The space This updated home comfortably sleeps 4 people and has two bedrooms (the master bedroom with a queen bed and second bedroom with 2 twin beds), each with a Smart TV. The living room has board games and a wood burning fireplace (bring your own firewood) and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals with friends or family (we have a popcorn maker, waffle iron, kids dinnerware/toys, blender, Keurig, Stovetop Espresso and Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder, and Cast Iron Tea Kettle). Located just 2 miles away from the Lake Arrowhead village, you're within close proximity to the town but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. This two story home has parking in the driveway for 2 cars, boasts of a large balcony to enjoy the mountain views and an outdoor clay pot fire pit. Each bedroom has a smart TV and there is a smart TV in the living room and the house has fast WIFI perfect for working remotely or streaming your favorite OnDemand content. The house also has a washer and dryer available for use and a portable AC unit/swamp cooler for the warmer days. We are located in the mountains, so seeing the occasional critter or pest is perfectly normal in the woods. Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. The property also has a portable air conditioning unit that plugs into the wall.
