The Whittemore House provides easy access to myriad outdoor adventures, centrally located, just off Rt 201 between Skowhegan and Bingham. With 2 twin beds in a private room on the 2nd floor of this beautifully remodeled 1900s homestead. Guests have access to game room with pool table, as well as use of well-maintained hot tub. Common spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. We have coffee! The space Unlike many Airbnb stays today, the Whittemore House offers old-school hospitality in their beautifully renovated 1900's homestead. While you're here, you'll be treated like family, with complimentary coffee, tea, or cocoa, and a good chance of being offered to join the household for dinner. Guest access Guests are invited to share this family home, utilize the kitchen, dining room, or watch TV in the evening with the family. The second-floor bathroom is reserved for guests, while the first-floor bath is maintained for household-use. We also welcome guests to take a soak in the hot tub, and/or make use of the equipment in the second-floor exercise room. During your stay We have a busy family life, and somtimes we are not at home, leaving guests full access to the house. When we are home, we are always up for a chat or ready to answer any questions. If we are not at-home, guests will be able to reach their host via Airbnb messenger, or via cell. Other things to note We have 1 dog, sometimes 2 on the premises.
