Something out of the ordinary. Very simple yet a bit over the top. Small home opened up to feel spacious. Large bedrooms, huge glass rain shower in the master,and the old gally kitchen was opened up and has quartz and butcher block counters. Quiet, comfy, and close to just about everything. Minutes to all the hospitals, UWF, and tons of shopping / restaurants. 15-20 minutes to Pensacola beach. A golf course is also near. The space is modern yet simple with a hint of a beachy feel.
