Vacation home family home with garden and animals

In our rustic garden house, old & used meets new. It is located in a quiet village settlement (hardly any traffic, as it is a cul-de-sac) in Brandenburg with good infrastructure and with very good connections to Berlin. Ducks, chickens, a cat and guinea pigs have a home on our property. Since the barn is directly adjacent to the vacation home, you should be able & want to enjoy contact with animals. Sandbox and garden can be used free of charge. The space Our house was built in the 1930s - and you can see that. We have completely renovated the water pipes and the bathroom with shower-bathtub. The windows and walls are remnants from the 1930s to 1950s, some of which we have lovingly refurbished with lime plaster and lime paint. Old furniture was combined with new furniture. The house has no central heating. So you have to want and appreciate the fact that you heat the cottage in autumn and winter with coal and wood. If you want and we can arrange it in time, we will gladly turn on the stove during the day so that the cottage is already warmed up a bit in winter when you come back from an excursion. Hot water in the bathroom and kitchen is provided by a boiler. In the bathroom, you can quickly warm up with a fan heater. Warm socks and a wool sweater should be included for your well-being. We are set up for families with small children. Whether baby bathtub, various cribs, high chairs or toys and crafts - it has it all. A washing machine is also available for use. The terrace offers a place to sit. In addition to the terrace, you can also enjoy barbecuing or a fire in a fire pit - or dig in the sandbox ;) Travel comfortably, because included in the price: 1) Linens & towels 2) Drinking tap water 3) Tea, coffee, spices, oil 4) Hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper 5) Wood and charcoal for heating the tiled stove 6) Electricity: 20 kWh/day (equivalent to €8 per day) 7) Wood for 1x campfire 8) Final cleaning *Bonus: If the chickens lay enough eggs: A pack of 6 delicious eggs for you. Guest access Your house is located in the back of our property. We may run into each other there when we take care of the animals, as the barn is next to the guest house. You can park on the street in front of our property. Other things to note The number of 6 people refers to 4 adults and 2 children. Or just 2 adults and 4 children. If necessary, 6 adults could also fit - two double beds are in the bedroom and a double bed in the living room (Ikea Ektorp in bed mode) The maximum occupancy would be 4 adults, +1 child up to about 10 years in the loft bed + 1 toddler in the side bed in the bedroom. As well as 2 adults in the living room. = 6 adults + 1 child + 1 toddler. But that should only be the exception.
