Work or play, we have it! The space This duplex is more like a single family home as there is only one partially shared wall and a private entrance. Located on the second floor above a garage, you’ll feel like you have the place all to yourself! You’ll climb one flight of stairs to enter the unit. Greeted by a sprawling deck offering views of downtown Portland and the west hills. Upon entering the unit you’ll find a comfortable living area with loathe couches and 60 inch flat screen TV with streaming services if you are wanting to enjoy a night in. The space is open concept and flows into the office and dining areas as well as the kitchen. Plenty of room for 4 travelers to cook and enjoy a home cooked meal (if you aren’t eating out at some of our delicious neighborhood eateries!) Down the hall you’ll find a laundry closet with stacking washer and dryer and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Two private bedrooms with closets and storage. Each room has a comfy Queen for maximum relaxation! Driveway is available for parking (1 designated space) and street parking is also available for taller vehicles (deck above parking area) the garage is not available for guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entire duplex except for the garage. Other things to note *We offer a thoroughly clean, staged, and well stocked space for our guests.
