Enjoy peaceful lake views, great fishing, and time on the water with the provided boats, or explore nearby Delta village. Dogs welcome (one-time $50 fee per stay). We kindly ask that pets are well-behaved, kept off furniture and beds, and that you bring your own pet bedding and supplies. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. The guest house is included for groups of 11 or more. Other things to note • Guest House Access: The private 1-bedroom guest house—complete with its own kitchen, living area, bathroom, and laundry—is included for groups of 11 or more, offering additional space and privacy. • Historic Home: Built in 1853, the home features original character, including slightly uneven floors and vintage details that reflect its history and charm. • Pets: Dogs are welcome (one-time $50 fee per stay). The yard is not fenced, so please plan accordingly and bring your own pet bedding and supplies. • Seasonal Amenities: 2 Kayaks, canoe, paddleboat, and a fire pit are available from May through October. The hot tub is available year-round. • Quiet Enjoyment: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Out of respect for neighbours, parties and fireworks are not permitted. • Lake Access: Enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and fishing right from the dock. A ladder at the end of the dock provides easy water access, with natural lake conditions that vary throughout the season.
