Please read the rest of the description. The space This is an Italian villa where attention to detail is seen in every space. Vaulted ceilings, antiques, amazing art throughout the villa. A really beautiful back yard with decks, grass and relaxing spaces are yours to enjoy. The back yard is amazing, with full grown shade trees, a patio to relax in and a corral. Yes we even have a horse and goat to get your animal fix! You will share an incredible full chef’s kitchen, dining room seating 10, and living room, game/workout room, and theater room with reclining chairs. There is so much for your senses to take in and enjoy here. There will likely be guests on the rest of the property so you will share the common spaces, the backyard and courtyard. Parking is reserved for you in front of the property. We can accommodate one car per booking unless we are not full. Please ask if you need more parking. We are located in the lovely quaint town of Fallbrook. For a small town, there are a lot of activities going on frequently. Grocery stores, shopping, and Restaurants are about 5 minutes away in Fallbrook. We're 3 minutes west of the I-15 freeway. Temecula Wine country with many vineyards is about 10 minutes away to the north. Downtown San Diego, San Diego Zoo and Old Town are about 50 minutes away to the south. Oceanside also has entertainment and dining as well as the beach. Bonsall is about 15 minutes away and has some good dining. We are two hours drive away from Los Angeles and about one hour away from Orange County. Hiking, and many other activities are available in the area. Temecula which is close by has many activities: wine tasting, ballooning, horseback riding, Old town (stagecoach stop) for shopping and dining. And there is a giant mall as well. Guest access The backyard, kitchen, dining, living room, theater room, and gym/gameroom would be shared with other guests. During your stay We will welcome you and then interact as much as you like.
