Welcome to the Meadowlark at Javali Glamping Grounds. The Meadowlark is an open concept airstream. And by open, we mean there is no door to the bathroom! But it does the job. Flushing, I mean. The inside vibe is cozy and mellow, and, just a few hundred steps from your door, you will find a grassy river bank. Come here to soak up all the beauty and relaxation that the Chama River has to offer, and enjoy the communal fire pit and BBQ grill too! The space Guests at the Magpie can enjoy the shared 1 acre grassy field and all that the Chama River has to offer. Bring your SUP, kayak, floatie or fishing pole! You can bring some grill fixings and enjoy a picnic in the communal lounge area. At night, light up the gas fireplace for more ambiance. Other things to note We strive to provide a clean, beautiful, thoughtful and unique stay. We also strive to be mindful of all aspects that contribute to climate change and excessive waste. Therefore, though all linens are guaranteed fresh and clean, as well as towels, sponges, etc. They might have acquired permanent stains due to our high iron water and some guests use of oil based body products. All linens are laundered prior to your stay. We provide 1 gallon of potable water and discourage you bringing in your own plastic container, if your intent is a one time use, then to be discarded. If you need more water, Bodes is 1 mile up the road and has a great filtered water dispenser. The tap water is also potable, but not tasty. It can be used for cooking, cleaning and the pets seem to lap it right up without complaint. This is nature. There will be dirt, bugs, and plant debris. Dogs are allowed in every trailer and all communal spaces. If you have brought a dog, please be sure to monitor its behavior to all other guests. No barking or bugging. Please clean up after your dog and bring a clean cover, if your dog is allowed on the bed or couch. If you produce more trash then the provided bins (2) per trailer, please pack it out when you leave. Also, please separate the trash from the recycle, or we have to do it for you. There is a large, communal recycle can in the parking area. Thank you for your participation in helping us saving the planet.
