This is my primary residence, which I let you enjoy without my presence. It is a 5-minute walk to a shopping street and a 10-minute walk to the city center. There are free parking spaces on the street, and parking is usually available within 100 m of the house. The room, located on the 2nd floor, is well insulated, making it a very quiet room. The 1st floor of the house is not rented (office and personal bedroom). Linens and towels are provided.
