Our Family Friendly Lavaca home is a short walk from lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, bars, Hemisphere Park, and the Riverwalk. Fully fenced front and back yards. Pets considered, message us to discuss. Absolutely no parties, we like our neighbors and neighborhood, and we are strict on the guest limits for the same reasons/based on bad experiences in the past. There is not a driveway, but always plenty of free street parking in front of house. The space There are 4 bedrooms, each has its own full bathroom. There is a half bath off the living room as well.
