Welcome to our creative home! Our wonderful guesthouse a perfect stepping stone-a comfy family based place to explore Sydney/study/work/find longer term accom elsewhere in Sydney Very close to the CBD. Light rail/bus only 2 min walk. 10min to shopping centre & restaurants. Private room is large & fully furnished with 2 big windows. It's an excellent intro to our amazing city of Sydney! We have 1 cat and a mini poodle Large garden & opposite a big park. Hope you'll come stay with us ! The space We are an artistic couple … the house speaks for its self. We charge more for 2 people to stay . The bedroom we are offering here has 2 lovely windows & is big. 2 bookcases & a large wardrobe . Our 2 friendly sons visit weekly. We keep to ourselves , but always happy to answer questions etc. We also have another room in the house that is on air Bnb. Guest access There is 2 entrances to the house as we are on a corner block . We only ever use the side gate. You have full access to the newly renovated kitchen & all outdoor spaces . We cook mostly out the back in the studio , so the main kitchen is basically for our guests. During your stay We are more than happy to explain & show you how close we are to all public transport & help with any questions you might have . Other things to note We will leave you to your privacy , however if you are wanting anything or just a chat we are here . We are hoping to have someone here for a 3 month stay . If you can only stay a month that’s ok too. Feel free to message us with any questions. We supply all kitchen basics, ( oils, spices etc ) plus bathroom & laundry needs. Registration Details Exempt
