Beautiful apartment with a terrace.

The apartment, below our house, has a private terrace of 30 m². It is conveniently located for visiting the area. The space The accommodation consists of a kitchen open to the living room with TV (DTT only). This living space gives access to the bathroom and the two sleeping areas; a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a small sleeping area with a 140 cm bed and TV (DTT only). We also put a crib for your baby, if needed. You have private parking, secured by a gate and out of sight to park your car or motorbike. Noisy and festive evenings are not allowed. We'll provide you with: - our heated pool (from May to end of September) covered, until 11pm and sunbeds, - our hot tub (accessible from April to the end of October) from 11am to 11pm. Faced with excessive increases in temperatures, if we find the temperature of the hot tub above 37° C, you will no longer have access to it until the end of your stay. - our sauna all year round, - our gym (treadmill, weight bench ... they are not last generation) until 9pm. - our "zen" space with massage table (plan your oils), - our board games. Night linen, towels and dish towels are provided. Send your towels for the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool. In rural areas, we are located 15 minutes from Dinan, 15 minutes from Dol de Bretagne (train station), 20 minutes from St Malo, 25 minutes from Dinard, 40 minutes from Mont St Michel and 7 minutes from the golf "St Malo Golf Resort". We have three small dogs. We'll make sure they don't bother you during your stay. Whenever possible, we'll welcome you. Otherwise, your entry into the accommodation will be done by a secure key. If you wish, the end of stay cleaning can be taken care of. €20 for one or two nights, €30 for 3 nights and €40 for 4 nights and more. To be specified during booking.
