Beautiful apartment with a terrace.

The apartment, below our house, has a private terrace of 30 m². It is conveniently located for visiting the area. The space The accommodation consists of an open plan kitchen to the living room with TV (DTT only). This living area gives access to the bathroom and the two sleeping areas; a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a small sleeping area with a 140 cm bed and TV (DTT only). We also provide a travel cot for your baby, if needed. You have a private parking lot, secured by a gate and out of sight to park your car or motorcycle. Noisy and festive evenings are not allowed. We provide you with the following for free: - our heated pool (from May to the end of September) covered, until 11 p.m. and deckchairs, - our jacuzzi (accessible from April to the end of October) from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. In the face of excessive increases in temperatures, if we find the temperature of the jacuzzi above 37°C, you will no longer have access to it until the end of your stay. - our sauna year-round, - our gym (treadmill, weight bench... they are not the latest generation) until 9 p.m. - our "zen" area with massage table (plan your oils), - our board games. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are provided. Send your towels for the Jacuzzi, sauna and pool. In a rural area, we are located 15 minutes from Dinan, 15 minutes from Dol de Bretagne (train station), 20 minutes from St Malo, 25 minutes from Dinard, 40 minutes from Mont St Michel and 7 minutes from the "St Malo Golf Resort". We have three small dogs. We'll make sure they don't bother you during your stay. We will welcome you when possible. Otherwise, your check-in will be done with a secure key. If you wish, end-of-stay cleaning can be taken care of. €20 for one or two nights, €30 for 3 nights and €40 for 4 nights or more. To be specified when booking.
