End your day cooking your favorite steak on the grill while watching the sun set over el Yunque. We are located on the border of el yunque rainforest. Colinas de Luquillo is a stunning setting in the hills of Luquillo. It is a 9 unit apartment building with a beautiful 3rd floor guest terrace. From our Roof-top terrace you can enjoy striking views of El Yunque and the Ocean. The property has all the rainforest vibes. We have mango, plantain, banana, pana, and star fruit trees. Chickens and wild horses regularly visit the property. The ocean views are stunning! Here you can experience the many sides of Puerto Rico Culture with a short drive to everything! Sleeping accommodations: Bedroom: -queen size bed Living room: -full size fold down couch Extras: -pack and play baby crib -twin size air mattress You have everything you could need. Large TV, Super Comfy Bed, cooling microfiber sheets, fast internet, Full Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Microwave, Full size Fridge and freezer, Dishes, and even a mini waffle iron. Private outdoor table. All the Beach essentials: Beach chair, boogie board, cooler, and beach towels Hot tub is shared with all guests of the other apartments on the property. By booking with us you are assuming all liability in association with the hot tub including personal injury or damage. It actually stays quite cool most months of the year. Air Conditioning always available! Guest access You are welcome to enjoy any of the open areas on the property. There is a beautiful 3rd floor terrace with a dedicated space for all guests to enjoy. Our guest side of the terrace has hammock chairs, plenty of seating, a grill and Cafe lights. On the terrace there is a gate dividing the space, we ask guests not to invade the privacy of others by opening or crossing this gate. Easy keypad access makes check in a breeze There are a few clearly marked spaces that are reserved for employee only use. Other things to note There are so many great places to visit near us.
