Small Escape w/ Hottub and couples shower

Our Small Escape awaits 2 - 4 people looking to relax & reconnect in our bright & airy space, featuring a 20 ft wall of windows. We are located on the Little Sugar biking trail & are a short drive to downtown Bentonville. You may, however, want to stay & enjoy the large deck with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, soak in the large hot tub (open year-round), or take your time in the walk-in shower made for 2. We have plenty of options to create lifetime memories at our Small Escape! The space Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with anything you could need to prepare your favorite dishes. Custom-built cabinetry from trees that were grown on our property! Near full-size side-by-side refrigerator. Coffee & tea provided. Livingroom: A couch & 2 comfortable leather chairs to relax on while you look out the windows at our beautiful wooded view! 50" smart TV. Master Bedroom: Queen pillowtop bed, dresser & large walk-in closet. The washer and dryer are in the closet. Plenty of storage space. Bathroom: Large 4'x6' walk-in shower with two showerheads. Equipped with 50-gallon hot water tank so you and your significant other can take as long as you want together. Loft (bedroom #2): Queen pillowtop bed, 2 nightstands & clothes rack. (Don't forget the view!) Deck: 10ft x 30ft deck with gas firepit & 4 Adirondack chairs, gas grill & a hot tub that will comfortably seat 4 people. Storage: Carport outside to safely park your vehicle away from the elements. The closet off of the carport is a locked, secure place to store your bikes or any valuables. One thing to note is that we designed our property to cater specifically to couples wanting to have a romantic getaway. As such, we have included touches like personal lubricant in the beside drawers and sexy games available to play. Children are absolutely welcome! However, if you are planning on bringing young children, you may want to hide these items on arrival. Other things to note Our property is located directly on the Little Sugar biking trail that is a part of & connects with the OZ Trail system. This is a perfect place to stay if you are a mountain biking enthusiast or just want to go for a challenging hike on the trails. Note: If you book with us over a Thursday, we have a hot tub maintenance company that comes to the property to service the hot tub weekly. They professionally clean & adjust chemical levels as needed. They usually arrive early afternoon. If they see a vehicle in the carport, they knock on the door to alert you to their presence & are in & out in about 15 min. If no car is present, they head to the back & get started.
