The location is in the heart of the west coast, Boat avenue, near Laguna Phuket. The space Our Cozy studio is located on the 6th floor of the 7-story building. If smoking is detected, a fine of $100 USD will be imposed. what we provide - Room size: 27 sqm. - *** 🖥️☎️ 50*200 cm working desk + comfortable office chair*** - *** Double glazed door and windows - 1 bedroom with a queen size very comfortable pocket spring mattress. - 4 comfortable pillows - 1 bathroom ( hot shower, separate wet and dry area) and toiletries. - 1 kitchen (without kitchen hood) so you can enjoy preparing the food. - 1 small dining table. - Living area with a comfortable sofa. - 50" android TV. - High-speed Wifi. - Dressing table. - There is no washing machine in the property, however there are few self laundry with wash+dry close by ( 1 minutes drive /4 minutes walk) Please NOTE (2) : - Not suitable for pets - Check-in anytime after 3 PM or please ask the host for checking in early. - Check out by 12 PM - Self-check-in with lockbox - This is NO shoe room. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
