Rental unit in Parque Isla Verde

Welcome to my Family Beach Apartment, this lovely apartment is close to the beach in Isla Verde. There is a pool only for residents, if you stay you can use it. You will stay at walking distance to the hotels, fast foods, restaurants and most important the beach. No parking is available, but you can park on the street. The airport is a 5 minute drive. No pets and or visitors are allowed, thanks for your understanding. The space Important notes: 1. The building is family oriented, no parties are allowed on the common areas or the apartments. 2. The pool can only be used from 10:00 AM thru 08:00 PM. 3. No Smoking allowed in the apartment or the common areas of the condo. Other things to note THE POOL IS OPEN for residents. ABNB guests can use it but no visitors are allowed. No parking available, parking is on the street. Maximun capacity 2 persons.
