Soak up the sun and enjoy the beach life here in the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Penthouse Suite! Ideal for 6-8 guests, this home has three queen-sized beds, 2 twin sized roll-away beds, and a beautiful balcony overlooking Daytona Beach Shores. This top floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flatscreen TV, comfy queen sized sofa bed and a spacious beachfront balcony! The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and private en-suite bathroom. Around the corner is a second cozy queen bedroom as well as a full private bathroom with a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Two twin sized roll-away beds are available in the unit for additional sleeping accommodations. The beach is accessible directly from the property. Guest access Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Once you have entered the lobby go to the front desk to pick-up your 2 physical keys, (1) lobby key and (1) room key. If you are arriving any time AFTER 5:00 p.m., you will need to retrieve your keys from the lockbox outside, to the left of the front lobby door. Once you have received your keys, use the elevator inside the lobby to go to your floor. You need your lobby key to enter and exit the pool area, so make sure to always keep your keys with you. Other things to note - There are NO pets of any kind allowed on the premises. Guests who bring service animals must complete an application 30 days before arrival for Sunglow HOA Board approval. - The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. - The beach is accessible directly from the property.
