Spacious Lake House with Beautiful Views

My place is conveniently located on Lake Keesus, 9 miles or 15 minutes from the Erin Hills Golf Course and about 35 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. You’ll love my place because Lake Keesus is a calm 237 acres with 5 bays for families to explore. Anglers can expect to catch a variety of fish including Bluegill, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. There is plenty of wood for the fire pit down by the lake or fireplace for a relaxing evening. Views from the deck are beautiful. The space My place is excellent for couples, business travelers, families, and big groups. As you can see from the pictures, the lake is usually calm and peaceful. A paddle boat and 2 paddle boards are available for use along with a refrigerator and stereo down by the lake. You can bring your own boat and tie it to the pier (No motor boats supplied). There are two gas grills with a large covered seating area overlooking the lake. The house has over 4,000 square feet when you include the finished walkout lower level with a pool table, XBOX S, 4K entertainment center, and treadmill. The house has a central stereo with speakers in most rooms and several large screen TVs with cable TV and Netflix. Wireless internet included. Piers are removed in early November and reinstalled in April. Guest access Entire house is available except the shed on the side of the house and attic. Other things to note The property has a maximum capacity of 13 guests. The state of WI, Section ATCP 72.16, requires all guests to register their true names and addresses before being assigned sleeping quarters for short term rentals. The day before arrival, guests will be required to provide names and addresses before access codes are released. House Rental Agreement will be emailed before arrival. By accepting a booking and renting this house, all tenants accept without reservation all the terms included in the Rental Agreement including the Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.
