Work or play, our family home is a great base

Great base for work, skiing, biking and relaxing located in Frankton Flats area 25 mins walk from the airport amongst restaurants and shopping with bus services to downtown Queenstown. Third floor (stairs) ensuite room has great mountain views & super-king size bed. You are welcome to make use of our lounge/diner, kitchen, sunny balcony area and local knowledge. We live on site and our guests and dogs may be occasionally present. On-street or paid parking is available near by but not on site. The space The space is an ensuite room on the top floor of a modern 4 bedroom townhouse that is occupied by members of our family and other guests. There are three flights of stairs to reach the room. The room has a superking sized bed, closets and an ensuite shower room. You will have a room key so you can lock your room. Guest access The house has an open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area that you are welcome to use as well as an outside sitting area. There is a house laundry with washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. During your stay Hosts John and Toni and family members live at the property and we provide our contact phone details in case you need any assistance. Other things to note Because this is our family home, the latest check in time is set at 8pm and we ask guests not to cook after 9pm. If you are arriving into the airport and your flight is delayed, please let us know or if you might need a later check in please ask and we will try to accomodate that.
