Very well served by public transport, it is located 3 minutes from the ULSS 1 DOLOMITI hospital, universities, the famous Pedavena brewery, the bus stop and the train station. Also within walking distance, there are several museums: Rizzarda Art Gallery, Civic Museum, Diocesan Museum, Tourist Office. The space The loft has a garden for the exclusive use of guests, complete with plants and flowers and a barbecue for wonderful family dinners. Upon entering, we immediately find the open space consisting of a fully equipped open kitchen and a room including a dining area, with a real leather sofa, a Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Spotify, a Play Station 4, a high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a beautiful wooden table and an area dedicated to the Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle, with tea bags, capsules and sugar available. The open space continues with two rooms with a double bed for each room, a desk which is useful for those who need to work and a comfortable walk-in closet for storing their belongings or clothes. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where the main bedroom is located. There are 2 bathrooms, equipped with modern bathroom fixtures and a large shower cubicle. Guests will have a courtesy set with shampoo and shower gel, as well as towels and shower towels. Guest access Guests will have the entire property at their disposal.
