This property is packed with amenities inside and out - but the outdoor amenities truly shine. You can access the upper wraparound balcony from the living room, primary suite, and the side of the house. It's set up with a BBQ, comfortable seating, and glass panel railings for unobstructed lake views. The lower level walkout will take you to our sheltered hot tub space, the outdoor fire pit, and of course your private lakefront with a dock, kayaks, and a sandy beach! Enter the front door directly into a spacious kitchen and dining area. We've gone to great efforts to ensure the kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies you may need to cook a family meal! Just off the kitchen is a BBQ grill available for use year round. You'll love the flow of our open concept layout. The ultra comfy living room sits just off the kitchen and dining space, not only allowing you to converse with friends while cooking, but also showing off the expansive lake views. The living room, basement and each bedroom benefit from stunning lake views and natural light. Just off the living room is a private workspace that is laptop friendly. On the main level, down the hall from the living room you will find two bedrooms and a full bath. The primary suite is large with a queen bed and direct access to the balcony. Each bedroom has a TV. The second bedroom features a rustic double bed. The main level bathroom features a luxurious soaker tub with its own television, as well as a walk in shower. Head downstairs, passing by a small powder room, and you will find an epic games area that features a bar, poker table, pool table, flat screen TV, and tons of games and books! Downstairs there is also two additional bedrooms - one queen room, and one with two twins. There is another full bathroom with walk in shower and washer/dryer. Guest access You will have private access to all amenities.
