The property is 2 miles from Silver Dollar City, minutes from the Branson strip and Table Rock Lake, has hiking trails, a private lake and 2 seasonal pools (Memorial Day to Labor Day only). Boat storage available at this location. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ready for your family to enjoy! This is a top-floor unit with spectacular views for you to relax with your morning coffee or nightly drink. The property has 2 bedrooms, each with new beds and super soft mattresses. The main bedroom features a new king bed, a full private bathroom with new countertops and new modern lighting. Enjoy watching your Roku TV from your king bed while the kids are comfortably sleeping in the other bedroom. Yes, we even installed a USB and USB-C charging ports for your phones to power up while you sleep away. The second bedroom also features a new king sized bed with a super soft mattress as well. This second bedroom has a dresser, nightstands, USB and USB-C charging ports, and a brand new Roku TV. The second bath has a standing shower, toilet, and new countertops. The condo is equipped with all new kitchen items, linens, and towels. Rest assured that you will be comfortable and have everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen is equipped with major appliances to include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Cooking or serving up snacks will be a breeze on your vacation as all kitchen/cooking utensils are provided. Please note: there is not a dishwasher in the unit. Please note that the pool is only open during the summer season from Memorial Day until Labor Day every year. Grills for barbecuing are available and located at two separate picnic areas on site. Charcoal is not supplied. You'll have full access to the entire condo and all amenities of Notch Estates in the whole complex.
